RETURN AND GUARANTEE POLICY
It is our ultimate goal to provide you, the customer, with quality service. This is why we have established the following guidelines for the return and exchange of materials purchased here at Moller’s Garden Center.
A receipt must be present for all return and exchange transactions. If a receipt is not present, only an exchange or store credit will be given. Having a receipt present will help us answer any questions about the initial transaction.
- SHRUBS & TREES — Must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase to receive a refund. Shrubs and trees are warrantied for 1 year.
- BEDDING PLANTS — Must be returned within 2 weeks for a replacement or store credit. Bedding plants may be returned for a refund within 2 weeks if in good condition.
- HOUSE PLANTS — Must be returned within 2 weeks to receive a refund and 30 days to receive a replacement.
- ORCHIDS AND BROMELIADS — Must be returned within 1 week to receive a replacement. Orchids and bromeliads may not be returned for credit or refund as they are perishable.
- GIFT SHOP — Items must be returned within 2 weeks for a refund and 30 days for store credit.
- POTS — Must be returned, unused, within 2 weeks for a refund and 30 days for store credit.
- CACTUS & SUCCULENTS — Must be returned within 2 weeks to receive a refund. Cactus are warrantied for 1 year. Succulents may not be returned for credit or refund as they are annual by nature.
Authorized refunds will be issued in the original form of payment to the original purchaser only. Otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
PLANTS PURCHASED UNDER A COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS AND ALL RETURNED MATERIAL MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION.
